Alpine-skiing sport as it exists today is the product of long and steady progress. Household income gains, state concern overthe pursuit of healthy lifestyles, and corporate social responsibility are the main causes of growth in the sport’s popularity.
Giving people the opportunity to become familiar with sports and healthy lifestyles has always been our company’s main objective.
That’s precisely why in 1993,our first-ever project involved the development of an alpine-ski school for children.
In 1994, efficient management enabled the company to grow into a full-fledged mountain-ski resort named “Okhta-Park,” the first such complex constructed in Leningrad Region on a commercial basis.

In 1995, our first snow-making system, procured and installed without subcontracting, was put into operation. It is back to that very moment that the success story of ROSENGINEERING as a holding can be traced. We offered the market services that had come to be in high demand. Asthe number of mountain-ski centers increased, so did our order portfolio. Between 1995 and 2006, the company participated in the implementation of over sixty projects.

In 2006, our specialists launched Russia’slargest automated snow-making system in the City of Kazan, rated exemplary even by strict European standards.In 2007, we were selected by “Gazprom,” OJSC as the General Designer and General Contractor for the second stage of the “Gazprom” Mountain Tourism Center at Krasnaya Polyana (Sochi) as well as for the construction of a number of Sochi-2014 facilities.

ROSENGINEERING is a variegated business. The experience accumulated during the design and construction of major sports venues has enabled us to successfully implement different projects in the sphere of civil and industrial construction, such as the project involving the residential neighborhood in Novy Urengoy, built within the framework of the “Affordable Housing” program (general design), as well as design of the United Center for Operational Management, design and construction of mountain roads, “Lenenergo,” OJSC power industry facilities, projects involving the construction of engineering protection systems such as the Cherek Riverbed stabilization program, and reconstruction of the Kropachevo-Chelyabinsk section of the Southern Ural Railway (customer – “RZD,” JSC).
