Overview   Architectural and layout solutions   Basic structures

External building walls – composite, multilayered with floor-by-floor structural supports on cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slabs. The basement part of the walls not embedded in the relief is made of cast-in-place concrete, 200 mm thick. Decorative elements are inclined towers made of gas-concrete blocks of varying thickness, insulated from the outside with Rockwool Facade Batts mineral wool slabs, γ=145kg/m3, thickness of δ=50 mm, and with further lath and decorative plaster or natural stone facing.

In places where towers are embedded into the ground, concrete grouting is performed. External building walls are made of gas-concrete blocks, 200 mm thick, insulated from the outside with Rockwool Facade Batts mineral wool slabs, γ=145kg/m3, thickness of δ=50 mm and with further lath and decorative plaster or natural stone facing decorated with wood planks.

Facing of the basement part of the building – natural stone. The walls of snowcat and gondola garages are made of gas-concrete blocks, 200 mm thick, with further natural stone facing and decorative elements made of wood planks. Internal load-bearing framework consists of metal pillars, beams with cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs, 120 mm thick. The required fire resistance degree of structures is satisfied by applying fire-proofing compositions and facing with non-flammable materials. Internal staircases are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The walls of the elevator shaft are made of pre-cast reinforced concrete.

The structural design of the fast food restaurant hall consists of a metal framework. The roof is pitched, resting on load-bearing metal joists and beams, insulated with mineral wool slabs with a waterproofing layer on OSB panels. Roofing – rolled covering made of Katepal-type soft tile. A snow guard system with snow guards for soft tile roofing is installed on the roof. Roofing, waterproofing and sealing materials must comply with the requirements of applicable National State Standards (GOST) and technical specifications.

The roof of the café hall is pitched, resting on load-bearing metal joists and beams, and insulated with mineral wool slabs with a waterproofing layer on OSB panels with roofing made of rolled material (Katepal-type soft tile).
